Overview:
Rep Quotes enables your sales team to turn an instant quote into a final price so they can win the job at record speed.
Verify Roof Details (Edit SqFt and Waste)
Add Additional Costs
Add Discounts
Email Final Quotes
Instructions:
To start, when a new lead comes in, login to your portal > Dashboard
Admins can assign contacts to any rep and they will be notified by email. If a lead was generated through Rep Quotes or a rep's public link it will already be assigned to that rep
Click on a contact to open their details
Click 'Open Quote'
Verify and Update Your Roof Structure Details
If you haven't already done so, order a measurement by clicking 'Order Measurement'
Once your measurement is available, the button will say 'Open Measurement'
Review the roof area and waste information
Go back to your 'Open Quote'
Click the pencil icon next to the Total SqFt or Waste Factor
If the SqFt needs to updated, select Custom and input the SqFt from your Measurement
If the Waste Factor needs to be updated, select Custom and input a new waste factor
Click Save
Add Additional Costs
In your Open Quote, click 'ADD' next to Additional Cost
In the popup, toggle on Additional Cost
Use your preferred process to gather the information needed to complete the necessary additional cost questions...
- over the phone or on a video call with the homeowner
- on-site
- using your high-res imagery from EagleView or QuickMeasure
Additional costs will be tallied on the right side in real-time
Once you've completed all questions for each roof structure in your quote, click Save
Quotes with additional costs will no longer display the additional cost section for each product card.
Add Discounts
In your Open Quote, click 'ADD' next to Discount or click the Discount tab in the popup after adding additional costs
Choose a discount type, either Percentage or Fixed Price
Choose which Item to discount, or discount the Total Additional Cost or Total Cost
Set the percentage or fixed price amount to discount off the quote
Click Save
HEADS UP! The additional costs and discounts will be reflected in the Total Price shown for each product. You can toggle them on and off to see the price change.
Be sure to click 'Update' to save all the new details for your quote
Email Your Final Quote
In your Open Quote, click an Email Details button on any product card
(You can select multiple products in your quote later)
Be sure Price Range is turned off if you want to send an exact price
By default, the contact email will be the recipient but you can change the Send To email
You can choose to include a PDF of the quote and SqFt details
Add a custom Comment Title as a headline to your quote
Click Save As Default if you wish to use keep your title as a placeholder for future quotes
Add a custom Comment to provide details such as cost breakdown, project scope, warranty, timelines, next steps, your information, or other details
PRO Tip! You can include links in your comment section. It's a good way to provide resources such as contract legal terms, client testimonials, or even an online payment page.
