Learn about the information displayed in your contact details screen and what actions you can take

Overview

Clicking on a contact's name from your Contacts Dashboard > RQP Leads tab will open up all the details about that contact and provide more actions you can take for that lead

Open Contact Details

To start, login to your portal and go to the Dashboard tab
In your RQP Leads table, select any contact's name to open the contact details screen

To enter fullscreen mode, click the diagonal arrows between the three dots and x
To exit fullscreen mode, click the same icon

To go back to the dashboard view, click the dashboard icon next to your contact's name

You can click additional contacts from your dashboard to open multiple tabs for different contacts

Contact Details Screen

The Contact Details screen is broken up into two sections

The top section will contain all of the contact information as well as the

Status - either New, Open, Sold, Cold, Lost, or Deleted

Create Date - when the contact record was created

Active Rep - the user who is currently assigned to the lead

Original Rep - the user who was originally assigned to the lead

URL - The website page where the lead submitted their information to get their quote

Below the top section will be tabs for Lead Details and Measurements

Instant Quote Tab

The Instant Quote tab will contain the instant quote information including the roof area and structure details, and a table with product details

Roof Area
Final Total SqFt - This number is used to calculate quote pricing. The instant quote tool allows users to edit the roof overlays if necessary (ex. an addition wasn’t detected). The Final Total is the total square feet of all roofs, including all surface area after edits to structures and with slope/pitch.

Original SqFt - This is the total square feet of all roofs with their default slope(s) based on the tool’s original detection. It does not include edits to structures or slope changes.

SqFt of Main Roof - This is the final total square feet of the largest roof on the property.

Roof Structures Details
Each structure found on the property will be listed with

• the structure name
• its original (unedited) sqft and its edited sqft. If no edits were made, these numbers will be the same.
• its slope which was used in calculating the quote pricing
• the suggested roof complexity and waste if you have AI-suggested waste turned on
• an indication of whether it was included in the quote. A green checkmark means it was included, a black dot means it was not included, and a red x means it was completely removed from the map

The number of structures included will also be displayed next to the Roof Details header. For example, “1 of 2” indicates only one structure included in the estimate out of two total structures on property.

Product Details
The products shown will be listed in order in which they appeared, along with the

• product name
• total instant quote price shown
• price per square used to calculate the price
• basic financing price per month

If Contractor Loan Pro is turned on, you’ll see the following financing information 

• if a merchant fee was added to the quote
• the merchant fee percentage (the average of the product’s associated loan bundle)
• if the homeowner is interested in financing (they clicked Get Pre-Qualified)
• the different loan options in your bundle, including longest 0% offer, lowest APR, and lowest fixed payment offer

If a homeowner clicked the Send Details call-to-action button on any product, it will show an arrow to the left of that product. This helps you understand which product they are interested in.

Measurements Tab

The measurements tab will contain detailed measurement reports that you've ordered
Click the orange 'Order Measurements' button in the top section to order a new detailed measurement report

After ordering an EagleView Premium Report, Bid Perfect, or GAF QuickMeasure, the measurements tab name will change to the name of your report and contain all the primary measurement data as well as links to download or open the report(s)

Orders Tab

The orders tab will contain material order details powered by the Beacon Pro+ integration

Draft Orders
Users can start a material order by clicking the 'Order Measurements' button in the top right

Once a draft is saved, it can be resumed anytime by clicking 'Edit Order Materials'
Completed orders can be tracked and reviewed in the orders tab

Assigning Contacts

To assign or reassign a contact, click the three dots at the top right and click 'Reassign to'

Only account admins have access to assign contacts

Open A Contact's Quote

To open a contact's instant quote, click the 'Open Quote' link to the right of Lead Details tab 

This will open their quote in Rep Quotes and allow you to

• edit the roof structures and selected slopes
• edit the SqFt and Waste Factor for each structure 
• add additional costs and discounts
• edit the contact information and market
• email the quote with a custom message and customize what information is included
• send financing invitations for pre-qualification
• save your contact and quote changes by clicking the 'Update Lead' button at the bottom of your Rep Quotes screen
