GAF QuickMeasure Integration

Roof Quote PRO™ integrates with GAF® QuickMeasure™ for streamlined detailed measurement reports with high-resolution imagery

Overview:

There are two ways to order measurement reports can be ordered from GAF® on the ROOFLE platform.

  • Manually from your Roof Quote PRO portal by any user
  • Automatically from your website’s instant quote tool by the homeowner requesting a final proposal.

HEADS UP! The GAF® QuickMeasure™ account within your Roof Quote PRO portal is separate from any other GAF® you may already possess. There is currently no way to integrate any existing GAF® credits onto our platform.

Instructions:


  1. Purchase Measurement Credits
    1. To start, login to your portal and find the Profile icon.
    2. Choose Billing from the menu.
    3. Click 'Get More Credits'

    4. Choose the amount of credits you wish to purchase

      1. There are discounts for buying 25 or more credits at a time
      2. Single-family reports cost one measurement credit
      3. Multi-family/Commercial reports cost two measurement credits

    5. Checkout on the right to complete your credit purchase
      1. Your payment method can be the same as your subscription payment method

    6. To automatically renew credits, click "Add Renew Option" from the Measurement Credits section in your billing

      1. Choose how many credits you'd like to automatically renew
      2. Choose which Renewal Option.
        1. When credits are low: this will auto-renew when credits reach 3 or less
        2. Custom date: choose a monthly or weekly renewal period and specific day

      3. Click Save.

  2. Ordering Reports Manually
    1. There are three places where you can order reports manually

      1. On your dashboard, click the three dots on the right for the lead you want to order a report, and click Order Measurement

      2. Click on a specific lead on your dashboard to pull up the lead details screen, then click on the Measurements tab. Once there, click Order Measurements.

      3. In Rep Quotes, if you’ve created a new lead or opened a quote from an existing lead, click the Order Measurements button that appears at the bottom of your screen

    2. After clicking Order Measurement, you will see a popup
    3. Choose your roof report. In this case, GAF® QuickMeasure™.
      1. By default, your previously selected report will be chosen.
    4. Select which structures you want to include
    5. For Product Code, choose the report type (single-family, multifamily, or commercial)
    6. Once all these options are complete, agree to the terms and click Order

  3. Ordering Reports Automatically 
    1. In your PRO portal, find the Settings or gear icon
    2. Choose General on the pop up menu
    3. Once on the General Settings page, choose the Automations tab
      1. By default, this will take you to the Measurements Order page in the Feature dropdown
    4. Turn On the toggle for 'Measurement Ordering with Get Final Proposal Button'

    5. Choose the report you want to order automatically. In this case, GAF® QuickMeasure™.
      1. You also have the option to set a backup report incase your preferred report is not available

    6. Click Save Changes
    7. Turning on automatic orders will change the call-to-action button on your product cards to say “Get Final Proposal”
      1. REMINDER! If a homeowner clicks it, a measurement report will automatically be ordered.

  4. Order Statuses and Multiple Orders
    1. After placing an order, you can track the status of your report completion from the dashboard and lead details screen
      1. In Progress: order successfully placed and is being fulfilled
      2. Completed: order complete and report delivered
      3. Failed: order wasn't placed; try again
      4. Declined: order not accepted; place a new order

    2. If your order is declined, you will see a reason for the decline in your lead details screen under the Measurements tab.
      1. Click Reorder Measurement to make changes to the order details and try again

    3. You can also place multiple orders for each lead.
      1. If there are multiple orders, they will each have a tab in the lead details screen if they are different reports
      2. If they are the same report, switch between reports using the dropdown showing the dates each report was ordered in the lead details screen under that report tab

  5. Completed Reports
    1. Once an order is complete, GAF QuickMeasure™ Reports will display all the primary measurement data from the report directly in your lead details screen under the Measurements tab

      1. Click 'See Full Report' to view the complete report online
      2. Click 'See Property Owner Report' to view the property owner report online
      3. Click 'Download PDF' for the complete report
      4. Click 'Download XML' for the XML format of the report 
      5. Click 'See 3D Report' to view the 3D report online with the ability to create designs
