Order job materials and track delivery with ease using Roof Quote PRO™
Requirements
Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription
A connected Beacon Pro+ account with at least one branch and template for roofing orders
(Required) Connect Your Beacon Pro+ Account and associate Roof Quote PRO markets with Beacon branches.
(Recommended) Set up formulas and associate with products. Orders can still be placed without formulas set up, but quantities need to be entered manually.
Place A Materials Order
Log in to your portal
In the dashboard, find the contact you’ll be ordering for and open their details
Before starting your order check for a completed EagleView Premium Report or GAF QuickMeasure. These are used to auto-populate product quantities using measurement data.
To start an order, click the Order Materials button
Step 1 - Customer Info
Add a PO to reference this order
Click Next or click the Measurements tab to continue
Step 2 - Measurements
Your measurements will automatically populate from EagleView or GAF QuickMeasure
Set your waste factor, how many penetrations, select if ice and water is needed, and if decking is needed
Click Next or click the Material Template tab to continue
Step 3 - Material Template
Choose which Beacon Pro+ Template to use, and woolah!
Your items will automatically show suggested quantities based on the measurements and your formulas
Actions you can take:
- You can change variations such as product color and size
- You can adjust the quantity for each item
- You can see the formula used to calculate the quantity
- And you can exclude items from your order, and Hide all excluded items
- You’ll be shown if products are out of stock, but you can still include these items in your order - your Beacon branch will check the product availability with nearby branches.
Step 4 - Delivery Info
Choose Ship to Address or In-Store Pickup
Select a date at least 24 hours in advance and a preferred time of day
(Optional) Add order notes
Click Next or click the Review Order tab to continue
Step 5 - Review and Place Order
If everything looks correct, click Create Order to submit your order to Beacon
Once an order has been placed, you’ll be able to track its status and delivery
If you need to make changes, contact your Beacon branch for assistance
All orders including drafts can be found in the My Orders section
