Beacon Pro+ Integration: How To Connect Your Account

Connect your company's Beacon Pro+ account to RoofQuote PRO™ and associate your branches with markets

Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription
Beacon Pro+ active account with at least one branch and template for roofing orders

Connect RoofQuote PRO to your Beacon Pro+ account to order materials through your RoofQuote PRO portal

Log in to your portal
Navigate to the Orders tab
Click the ‘Connect Account’ button which will take you to the integrations page

Find the Beacon Pro+ integration card and click ‘Connect Account’

In the Connect Account popup, enter your company's Beacon Pro+ account credentials
Then click ‘Save and Continue’

You should see a success message popup indicating you’ve successfully connected your account, otherwise check the login credentials and try again

Now you’ll need to associate each RoofQuote PRO market with a Beacon branch

Orders will be routed to the branch associated with the customer’s market

Simply select a market on the left, then select a Beacon branch to associate with that market

Do this for each market, then click Save
