Overview

This article will provide an overview of the Roof Quote PRO™ portal's dashboard, explaining its key features and functionality.

The Four Tabs inside your Dashboard

  1. RQP Leads
  2. Other Contacts
  3. Address Only
  4. Imported Contacts

RQP LEADS

Also stands for "RoofQuote PRO leads." Inside this tab are all the homeowners who submitted their info and received a quote through the RoofQuote PRO™ tool on your website or created by users from your company through Rep Quotes.


Users who were added as sales reps will only see leads that they created and leads that are assigned to them by admins.

RQP Leads


Your lead's details are broken down into 11 sections:
  • Status - New, Open, Sold, Cold, Lost, or Deleted
  • Contact Name - Name of the lead
  • Email - The email address of the lead
  • Phone number - The phone number of the lead
  • Market - The market where the address belongs to
  • Address - The address of the lead
  • Create Date - When the contact record was created
  • Active Rep - The user to whom the lead is assigned to
  • Total SqFt - Total Square Footage
  • Measurements Report - Shows ordered measurement
  • URL - The website page where the lead submitted their information to get their quote

More Actions Button

More Actions Button
Also known as the "three dots" option. By clicking this, it will give you more features to choose from for that specific lead.

    • Open Quote - Brings you over to Rep Quotes for that lead allowing changes
    • Add Note - Add a note that other users will see regarding that lead
    • Weather Reports - View hail reports near that area
    • Order Measurements - Order Eagleview or GAF Quickmeasure measurement reports
    • Create Proposal - Create a signable proposal
    • Order Materials - Order materials through Beacon Pro+
    • Reassign - Reassign the lead to different user within your company

Other Contacts


These are all homeowners who were unable to get a quote directly from RoofQuote PRO™ widget on your website because they're outside of your service area, but still requested to be contacted for a quote.

ADDRESS ONLY

These are addresses that were entered, but the user did not submit the rest of their information.

These addresses can be useful for your door-to-door sales efforts.

IMPORTED CONTACTS

These are homeowner details that were imported to RoofQuote PRO™

If you have a list of people you want to send quotes to, you can import multiple leads into the dashboard, and click the "IMPORT CONTACTS" button. This will allow you to download a template that you can fill out with the homeowners' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses.

Once you are done filling template, simply upload it back to the portal to add the contacts to your dashboard.

To effortlessly create a quote, simply click the "Create Quote" button located on the far right side of the lead. This action will direct you to the Rep Quotes section, pre-filled with the lead's address, allowing you to send them a quote quickly.
