How to Add Users to Roof Quote PRO™ Portal

Easily add users to your RoofQuote PRO™ portal for access and assign them specific roles.

Requirements:

Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription and admin user access

Overview

Managing your team efficiently is crucial for maximizing the benefits of Roof Quote Pro™. Whether you're adding admins, production reps, or sales reps, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.

Instructions:

Access your portal by visiting app.roofle.com and sign in with your credentials.

 

Once logged in, navigate to the "Company Profile" setting.

On this next page, hit on the "ADD NEW USER" button

Add new User Button

Complete the form with the new user's details, and then choose the appropriate role for them from the available options.

User roles

Each user role comes with specific access permissions tailored to their responsibilities. Below, you will find a breakdown of the access levels associated with each role.

  • Admin Role
    • Full access to the platform's features and settings.
    • Has the ability to add new users, change the roles of existing users, and assign leads to different users.
    • Can reset the password of users.
  • Production Rep Role
    • Dashboard (Can see all the leads)
    • Product Settings (Can update product cards and pricing)
    • Rep Quotes
    • Orders tab
    • Financing (sending pre-qual invites and requesting payments)
    • Proposals
  • Sales Rep Role
    • Dashboard (Can only see own leads and leads assigned by admin)

    • Orders tab
    • Proposals

Click the "SAVE" button and your new user will receive an email with their login credentials.

That is it! Congratulations! You just added a User!
