How to add unlimited users to your portal - sales reps, production reps, and admin
Requirements:
Roof Quote PRO™ active subscription and admin user access
Overview
Users can easily be added through the company tab in your Roof Quote Pro™ portal.
Instructions:
Navigate to app.roofle.com and login to your portal (make sure you are not using roofle.com, but app.roofle.com, which is a common confusion).
Go to the "Company" tab.
NOTE: If you do not see the "Company" tab at the bottom of the Task Bar this may be due to the size of your screen, or you might have your browser zoomed in. In this case, click on the "Settings" button in your browser and zoom out until you see the "Company" tab appear at the bottom of the Task Bar.
This will bring you to page that lets you edit company information and add users
Click the "ADD NEW USER" button on the right side of the screen and a pop-up will appear
Provide the name and contact information for your new user
Select their role:
- Admin
- full access to the platform.
- can make changes to all settings including branding, integrations, quote settings, markets, products and pricing.
- can add/modify other users and assign leads.
- Sales Rep
- access to Rep Quotes, Financing (sending pre-qual invites and requesting payments), Dashboard (assigned contacts only), view and create orders, and customize personal profile.
- Production Rep
- access to Rep Quotes, Financing (sending pre-qual invites and requesting payments), Dashboard (assigned contacts only), view and create orders, and customize personal profile.
Click the save button and your new user will receive an email with their login credentials and a link to our user guide.
