Add Multiple Recipients to Notifications

Easily add additional recipients to email notifications, such as when new widget leads come in or a proposal is signed.

Instructions:

  1. To start, login to your portal and look for the Settings icon.
  2. Choose General from the pop up menu. 
  3. On the next page, select the Emails tab
  4. Underneath the Connected Emails section, look for Inbound Email

  5. Click the pencil or Edit icon
  6. To add more users, use the CC field and add the email address(es) you'd like to chain onto widget notifications

    1. The system will automatically add the comma "," at the end of an email address. All you have to do is simply hit spacebar and it will be added.
  7. Once done, save your changes.

 

NOTE: You have the option to either use the Default Company Email or another of your choosing for the main Email. To change, use the toggle to activate the Email field.
