Use Cases for RoofQuote PRO Deeplinks
Overview
Deep linking allows you to send homeowners directly into your RoofQuote PRO widget on your website with their address and contact information already filled in. This removes friction from the quoting process and makes it faster and easier for homeowners to see their price with minimal clicks.
You can use a special URL that opens your RoofQuote PRO quote page with pre-filled information such as:- Street address, City, state, ZIP
- First and last name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Email address (optional)
Whether you’re following up with a lead, launching a marketing campaign, or re-engaging unconverted visitors, deeplinks help you drive more completed quotes and close more jobs without requiring the user to start from scratch.
Instructions
Step 1: Locate Your RoofQuote PRO Widget URL
Identify the unique URL where your RoofQuote PRO widget is embedded or installed. This is the base link used for building your deeplink.
Example URL:
https://offers.roofle.com/rqp/demo
Step 2: Understanding the Deeplink Format and Parameters
Deep Link Parameters
street1={Street Address}
city={City}
state={State}
postalCode={Postal Code}
firstName={First Name}
lastName={Last Name}
phone={Phone}
email={email}
rep={user-email}
Template Format
?street1=Street%20Address&city=City&state=StateAbbreviation&postalCode=ZIPCode&firstName=First%20Name&lastName=Last%20Name&phone=PhoneNumber&email=EmailAddress
- Replace each bolded text with the actual value for that homeowner detail
- Use %20 in place of spaces (example: Old Hwy 8 NW → Old%20Hwy%208%20NW)
- Do not use dashes or symbols in phone numbers (just numbers)
- Keep the & symbols between each field (they’re required)
- ZIP code is mandatory to search their address
Step 3: Build the Deeplink URL
3.1 Deeplink with Address + Homeowner Info
Once you have your RoofQuote PRO page URL, you can personalize it by adding the homeowner’s details directly into the link. This way, when the homeowner clicks the link, their address and contact info will already be filled in, saving them time and increasing the chance they finish the quote.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Take your widget URL (like this sample):
https://offers.roofle.com/rqp/demo
Then, using the template provided, add the homeowner’s information as a string of details at the end of that link, like this:
?street1=2155%20Old%20Hwy%208%20NW&city=New%20Brighton&state=MN&postalCode=55112&firstName=Aldrich&lastName=Deeplink&phone=3333333333&email=aldricho@roofle.com
So your full link becomes:
https://offers.roofle.com/rqp/demo?street1=2155%20Old%20Hwy%208%20NW&city=New%20Brighton&state=MN&postalCode=55112&firstName=Aldrich&lastName=Deeplink&phone=3333333333&email=aldricho@roofle.com

3.2 Deeplink with Address Only (No Homeowner Info)
You can also pre-fill just the address, letting the homeowner enter their contact details manually. This is useful for:
-
General remarketing campaigns
-
QR codes on direct mail
What it looks like:
Add just the address info to the end of your widget URL. For example:
?street1=2155%20Old%20Hwy%208%20NW&city=New%20Brighton&state=MN&postalCode=55112
Combine it with your page URL:
https://offers.roofle.com/rqp/demo?street1=2155%20Old%20Hwy%208%20NW&city=New%20Brighton&state=MN&postalCode=55112

Step 4: Assign The Lead to A User in RoofQuote PRO (Optional)
To automatically assign leads to yourself or a user using a deeplink, you’ll need your Public Link ID.
Follow these steps to obtain your Public Link:
-
Log in to your RoofQuote PRO account
-
Go to the "My Profile" section
-
Look for the section labeled “My Public Link”
-
Copy the email string that appears (e.g.
?rep=emailaddress
)
If your email changes, be sure to update your public link anywhere it's used.
Combine the Deeplink and Public Link
Important: The ? starts the query string (if it’s the first parameter), and every additional one uses &.
When combining your public link and deeplink, ensure to remove the ? at the start of your public link and replace it with & before merging them.
Just add the &rep=email@roofle.com parameter to the end of the URL.
Your combined deeplink and your public link should look like this:
https://offers.roofle.com/rqp/demo?street1=2155%20Old%20Hwy%208%20NW&city=New%20Brighton&state=MN&postalCode=55112&firstName=Aldrich&lastName=Test&phone=3333333333&email=aldricho@roofle.com&rep=demo@roofle.com
By using the deeplink together with your public link, you can prefill the homeowner’s information and ensure the lead is automatically assigned to the right user in RoofQuote PRO, streamlining both the homeowner experience and your internal follow up process.
Use Cases for RoofQuote PRO Deeplinks
1. Email or Text Outreach to Homeowners

Best for:
-
One-to-one follow-ups
-
Reactivation of cold leads
-
Speeding up the sales cycle
Example:
“Hi [First Name], here’s your instant roof quote:
[personalized deeplink]”
2. QR Codes on Direct Mail
Add a QR code to printed materials that links to a deeplink with just the address, so the homeowner only has to fill in their contact info.
Best for:
-
Canvassing campaigns
-
Neighborhood mailers
What to do:
Generate a QR code using a free tool (like QRCode Monkey) and link it to your URL that has the deeplink.
