Overview:

This article will walk you through how to use the filter feature on your Roof Quote PRO™ portal's dashboard. Filters allow you to narrow down the leads displayed so you can quickly find exactly what you're looking for. There are six filter options available: Lead Source, Rep, Status, Reassigned, Market & Date Range.

Accessing the Filters

To begin filtering your dashboard, click the filter icon located on the top right corner of the dashboard, next to the search bar.

  • Web Lead - Leads that came through the RoofQuote PRO™ tool on your website
  • Rep Leads - Leads that were created by users from your company through Rep Quotes

Rep

This filter allows you to display leads assigned to a specific user on your account. The dropdown will show all active users on your account, allowing you to select the rep whose leads you want to view.

This filter allows you to display leads based on their current status. The available statuses are:

  • New - Leads that have not yet been worked

Market

This filter allows you to display leads based on the market the address belongs to. The dropdown will show all subscribed markets on your account.

This filter allows you to display leads created within a specific date range. Use the start date and end date fields to define the range. The date range can be adjusted as needed to focus on leads from a particular period.

Applying & Clearing Filters

Once you've selected your desired filter options, the dashboard will automatically update to display only the leads that match your criteria. To remove all filters and return to the full lead view, click "CLEAR ALL FILTERS" or close the Filters panel using the X icon on the top right.
