Edit Rep Quote Email Template

Instructions (Instant Quote & Product Details):

1. To start, login to your portal and look for the Settings icon.
2. From the dropdown, choose Emails.
3. On the Email Settings page, select the Email Templates tab.
4. From the dropdown, select either Instant Quote or Product Details — whichever template you'd like to update.
5. Edit the necessary fields (Subject, Greeting, Headline, Comment Title, Comment Text) using the examples above as a guide.
6. Click Save.
7. 🎉 Boom! 👉 Your updated template will now be used for every homeowner who triggers that email.

Instructions (Rep Quotes):

The Rep Quote email is unique — it's only triggered by a sales rep on a per-quote basis, so it's edited from within the quote itself rather than from the global Email Settings page.

1. Login to your portal.
2. Either generate a new quote in Rep Quotes, or find an existing quote in your Dashboard.
3. Pull up the quote for that address.
4. Add at least one item to the cart.
5. Click Email Details.
6. Edit the necessary fields (Greeting, Headline, Comment) using the example above as a guide.
7. Click Send (or Save, if you're prepping it ahead of time).
8. 🎉 Boom! 👉 The customized email will be sent directly to the homeowner from your connected outbound email address.
