Easily connect your company and individual email accounts so that quotes and financing invitations sent to homeowners come from you and not Roofle.
Instructions:
Log in to your portal
Click the gear icon with the dot at the top right, then select 'General'
Then go to the 'Emails' tab
Your company’s ‘inbound’ email is used for receiving notifications such as new leads, and doesn’t require connecting
The ‘outbound’ email is used for sending info to homeowners, such as instant online quotes, product details, and finance pre-qual invitations.
If your company’s outbound email isn’t connected, you’ll see a red warning box
Click ‘Connect’ or the pencil icon next to your company’s outbound email
In the popup, confirm it’s the correct email address your company will use for sending emails to homeowners
Select your email service - either Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Microsoft, or enter your own
Complete the authentication process...
Here's an example of connecting a Google email account
Choose account (this should be your company outbound email)
Sign-in
Allow access to send emails
🎉 Boom! 👉 Now your company email will be used for sending instant quotes, product info, and pre-qual invitations requested by homeowners
If you have multiple markets, you have the option to connect a different outbound email for each market!
Connect your individual email address
Connect your individual email address for sending homeowner emails through Rep Quotes
Click on your profile picture at the top right, and go to ‘My Profile’
If your email isn’t connected, you’ll see a warning box. Click ‘Connect it’
In the popup, select your email service
Complete the authentication process for your individual email account
🎉 Congrats! 👉 You’ve successfully connected your emails!
To adjust your email notification settings, go back to the Emails tab in General Settings
