How to Add or Remove Markets

Adjust your service areas by adding or removing markets from your account

Overview:

You can add new markets to expand your service area or remove existing ones you no longer need. Market changes are submitted as a request to our support team, who will update your account and billing accordingly.

Instructions:

  1. To start, login to your portal and find the Settings icon.
  2. Choose Markets from the menu.
  3. Navigate to the Update Markets tab.
  4. Under the Available Markets section, use the search bar to look for your requested locale's service area.
  5. Click Add on the market you want to add. This will move it from the Available Markets section over to the Your Market Selection section.
  6. To remove a market — whether it's a preexisting one or one you just added — click the trash can icon next to the market in the Your Market Selection section.
  7. Once your updated market selections are confirmed, click Send the Request. This will be sent to our support team, who will add the markets to your account and update your billing accordingly.

NOTE: Some cities and towns are grouped into a larger market area. For example, searching for Albany may return Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY. The name of the market is only used internally — it is never shown to leads or customers.
